Configure Phone for Remote Access Via Web GUI (option 1) Log into web GUI of phone at https:// Configure Phone for Remote Access Via Overrides (option 2) Accessing Phone Screen Accessing Via YMCS

Scope:

The following steps will allow you to view the screen remotely for any Yealink phone

 

Requirements:

  • This requires firmware v73 or higher
  • Original instructions can be found here
 

 

Configure Phone for Remote Access Via Web GUI (option 1)


Log into web GUI of phone at https://<ipaddress>

  1. Enter your credentials. Default is admin/admin. After provisioning these will be changed. Contact your service provider for credentials if needed
  2. Click on Features
  3. Click on Remote Control
  4. In the field Action URI Allow IP List enter any
  5. Click Confirm

Configure Phone for Remote Access Via Overrides (option 2)

  1. Add the following override to your Advanced page in the Manager Portal or NDP
    • features.action_uri_limit_ip="any"

Accessing Phone Screen

  1. From any web browser navigate to https://<ipofphone>/screencapture
  2. You will be prompted for a user name and password. These are the same as the web GUI credentials. Contact your service provider if you do have them
  3. The screen will refresh with the same image that is present on the phone's screen

Accessing Via YMCS

  1. From any web browser navigate to https://dm.yealink.com
  2. You will be prompted for a Username and Password. enter your credentials and login.
  3. After logging in, click Phone Device, then Device List
  4. Search for your device using the MAC Address, then on to the right of the device, click
    Diagnosis
  5. Click on Screen Capture
  6. An image of the device's screen will be displayed. You can click Screen Capture again to
    refresh, or click Download to download an image of the screen
