Intended Audience: All OIT and MMN Employees
This article lists the requirements that need to be provided for a Talent LMS course to be created by the Solutions Hub department.
Talent LMS Course Requirements
- Course Title
- Course Overview
- A description of what the course will go over
- Course Sections
- How many sections should the course have and what content will be in them
- Videos and VoIP Docs Articles
- Provide links to any articles and videos you would like included in the course
- Section Questions
- Depending on the complexity of the course, sections should include questions about the contents of the section
- Section question can be used for the final exam
- Final Exam
- Each course should have a final list of questions that need to me answered to complete the course
- Final exam should be ten questions
Automation Updates
When a new WLP training course is created in TalentLMS, send a GSD case to the CSE team requesting automation updates. The WLP Training Completion Automation automatically syncs course completions to Salesforce — new courses must be added to the system to be tracked.
