Scope

This article outlines how to add a device to SRAPS. SRAPS is a service provided Snom to allow providers automatically provision Snom devices when they are in a factory reset state.

Requirements

  • Access to Snom SRAPS portal
  • MAC addresses to provision
  • Existing provisioning profile in SRAPS

  1. Log in to SRAPS
  2. Click on Phones
  3. Click + Add at the top right corner
  4. In the MAC addresses field, enter MAC address you wish to add. If you have multiple MAC addresses, press Enter and continue adding each address on a new line
  5. If you wish to separate your devices into different customer accounts, you may do so on the Company field. Otherwise, leave as-is
  6. On the Provisioning Profile dropdown, select the profile you'd like to point the phone to based on the phone's series.
  7. Click Save on the left
