Configure Failover for a SIP Trunk

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners or higher

This article outlines how to configure failover for a SIP trunk for use with an on-premise PBX or ATA device.

 

Requirements

  • White Label Access to Manager Portal or higher
  • Existing SIP trunk
 

 

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Navigate to SIP Trunks
  3. Click on the desired trunk and go to the Failover tab
  4. Set Allow Failover to Yes
  5. Configure Call Forwarding for When busy, When offline, or When unanswered
  6. Click Save
