Scope Requirements Get Approval from Management

Intended Audience: Telco Services Department

This article outlines the process in the event a snapback is issued or requested for a port in request. Snapbacks occur when a number has been ported in mistakenly or without approval.

 

Requirements

  • Access to Teams 
  • Access to Salesforce
 

Get Approval from Management

Snapbacks are billable to OIT and require management approval before being requested if needed. Snapbacks initiated by the LSP will be notified in the port request on the carrier.

  1. Tag the LNP Manager in Salesforce and Teams. 
  2. Once approval is given, request the snapback by updating the port request.
