Routing a mFax number to a user

Routing a mFax number to a user

 

 

Requirements:

  • Reseller access to Mfax
 

 

Changing the routing

 

  1.  Log into mFax 
  2. Go to the Numbers tab.
  3. Click on the gear icon next to the number you want to edit.
  4. Click on Change next to the Manager section if you want to change the account for which the number is on. Then click Continue.
  5. Click on the account that you want to add the number to.
  6. Click on Add on the user's section to route the number to.
  7. Select the users you want to add and then click Add.
