Manager Portal Integration Configuration Briostack Configuration Manager Portal User Configuration (Office Manager) Manager Portal User Configuration (Basic User)

Scope

Intended Audience: All End Users

This article outlines how to configure and use the Briostack Call Popup integration.

 

Requirements

  • Basic User Access to Manager Portal or higher 
    NOTE: Office Manager access is required for intial configuration 
     
  • Access to the briostack platform to receive call popups 
     
  • PBX extension number must match briostack extension in My Account > Office Phone Extension
 

 

Manager Portal Integration Configuration

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Click on Integrations on the top menu
  3. Click on the briostack card
  4. Write down the Subscriber ID as you will need this for briostack configuration
  5. Optional: You may configure the users from here or click Return.
    NOTE: The integration will only show Enabled if at least one user is configured.

Briostack Configuration

  1. Log into your briostack URL
  2. Select briooffice
  3. On the left menu click on Admin
  4. In the grey top menu click on Voice for Pest
  5. Select the check box to Enable Voice for Pest Integration
  6. In the Voice for Pest Customer ID field enter the Subscriber ID you noted from the previous steps
  7. Click Save

Manager Portal User Configuration (Office Manager)

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal as an Office Manager or higher
  2. From any screen within your domain click on Integrations on the top menu
  3. Click on the briostack card
  4. Click on User Configuration
  5. On the left, select any user you wish to enable the integration for. Enabled users will have a checkmark next to them.
  6. Under Dial Configuration select whether you want the popup to occur On Ring or On Answer
    1. On Ring: Call popup will occur during the ringing stage. If you receive two calls at the same time, only the first will pop up
    2. On Answer: Call popup will occur after you have answered the call
  7. Set Enabled dropdown to Enabled
  8. Click Save

Manager Portal User Configuration (Basic User)

  1. Log into your Manager Portal
  2. From any screen within your domain click on Integrations on the top menu
  3. Click on the briostack card
  4. Under Dial Configuration select whether you want the popup to occur On Ring or On Answer
    1. On Ring: Call popup will occur during the ringing stage. If you receive two calls at the same time, only the first will pop up
    2. On Answer: Call popup will occur after you have answered the call
  5. Set Enabled dropdown to Enabled
  6. Click Save
