What it does: Automatically opens a web page when your phone rings, showing caller information instantly

Requirements
- Basic User Access to Manager Portal or higher
- Office Manager Access required for initial configuration
- Target web application URL (CRM, helpdesk, dashboard, etc.)
- Modern web browser with popup permissions enabled

Without URL Call Popup:
- Phone rings: "555-123-4567 calling..."
- Answer: "Hello, how can I help you?"

- Click on Integrations in the main navigation
- Select the URL Call Popup tile
Configure Your Target URL
- Enter your target URL in the Popup URL field
- Use these variables to pass caller information:

Save Settings
- Click Save to apply your settings
Browser Setup
Enable Popup Permissions
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Pop-ups and redirects → Add your Manager Portal URL to "Allowed to send pop-ups"
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Notifications → Settings → Allow for Manager Portal
- Safari: Preferences → Websites → Pop-up Windows → Allow for Manager Portal
- Edge: Settings → Site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects → Add Manager Portal URL
