Scope:

The following steps will allow you to redirect a new or factory reset Grandstream phone to our provisioing servers without any prior configuration. Factory reset phone boots it will seek out the GAPS service which then points to Provisioning Server. 

 

Requirements:

  • Access to Grandstream GAPs
  • MAC address of phone(s) that will be provisioned
  • MAC address must already have been entered in the Manager Portal
 

 

Adding MAC Address to GAPs
  1. Using any web browser log onto the GAPS
  2. Click Device Management
  3. Click Provision New Device
  4. Enter each MAC address
  5. Profile choose OITVOIP v2
  6. Click Submit
