This article will explain on what to do with the numbers or DIDs that are suspected to be spoofed

Spoofing of the Caller ID number is a practice of falsifying the information transmitted to a recipient's caller ID display to disguise the caller's true identity. Spoofed numbers are often used in fraudulent activities, such as scams, phishing, and harassment.

Some people will be calling your numbers claiming that they received a call from you even if you have not called them is a common indicator that your number is spoofed by malicious actors.

Unfortunately, we are not able to do much about spoofing of numbers as this is not an illegal practice, as many people spoof fax numbers so it would look like the numbers they wanted to show up when faxing.

If you suspect that your number is being spoofed by malicious actors, please feel free to contact or report it to the FCC for additional assistance.
