The following steps will allow you to reset your own or other user's voicemail PIN.
Requirements
- Basic User access or higher to the Manager Portal
Reset own Voicemail PIN
- Log into the Manager Portal

Click on the User Profile button

Scroll down until you reach the Change Voicemail PIN portion.
- Set your new PIN then click Save.
- Try accessing your voicemail and confirm if the new PIN works.
Reset Other User's Voicemail PIN
- Log into the Manager Portal

Click on the Users button
- Select the user that you would like to reset the voicemail PIN.

In the user's profile settings, scroll down until you reach the Change Voicemail PIN portion.
- Set the new PIN then click Save.
- Have the user access their voicemail and confirm if the new PIN works.
