Is Managed Compliance available outside the US and Canada?
- No. Managed Compliance is currently offered only to clients in the US and Canada.

What are the options for international clients?
- International clients can use Self-Reporting instead. Note that this option may involve international call rates, which can add cost depending on the client’s location.
Managed Compliance Taxes and Fees

What are Managed Compliance Taxes and Fees?
- Managed Compliance Taxes and Fees will appear on your invoice. They are the sum total of the taxes and fees you collected from your clients over the month. This is how we collect the taxes that we remit on your behalf
What does the reseller need to do with taxes?
- Being part of the Managed Compliance program means that you won’t need to do anything with taxes at all unless you’re filing your own sales and use tax. If you do plan to file your own sales and use tax, be sure to let the billing team know.
- Once part of the Managed Compliance program, be sure the check out the Getting Started with Managed Compliance to be sure that you have initiated a closure project to close all open accounts with CLA.
- It is Important to ensue your filer ID is deactivated. When that is completed, the next step would be reaching out to the FCC BDC team and notifying them you will no longer be filing on behalf of yourself. This step ensures that you do not receive and subsequently submit your BDC filer.
