Intended Audience: Channel Partners

Explanation of Channel Parter Commission Rules

 

Channel Partner Commission Rules

Effective Date: June 6th, 2016

These Channel Partner Commission rules are set out to clearly define compensation accrual and delivery for Orsini IT, LLC Channel Partners.

Commission Schedule

Unless noted otherwise in a fully executed Channel Partner Agreement, the commission schedule will be as follows for commissionable items:

  • 15% for cumulative referred client revenue between $1 and $2,499
  • 18% for cumulative referred client revenue of $2,500 and $4,999
  • 20% for cumulative referred client revenue of $5,000 or above

Bonuses

Unless part of a current promotion, bonuses will be awarded as one full month of commissionable items.

Payout Schedule

Commissions and bonuses will be sent to partners by the 20th of each month any amounts earned during the previous calendar month.

Early Termination

If client cancels any portion of their services within the first 12 months, any Bonus paid to the Channel Partner for those cancelled services will be deducted from subsequent commissions until the amount is returned in full.


Commissionable Items

The following items are eligible for commissions and bonuses. All other items not noted below are ineligible for commissions and bonuses.

PBX Services

  • Bundled Seats of any type
  • General Extensions
  • Call Paths / SIP Trunks
  • Conference Bridges
  • Call Recording
  • CloudieAI
  • Voicemail Transcription

Fax Services

  • Native Fax
  • mFax
  • Partial list of ineligible services

Usage-based products

  • DIDs, both local and toll free
  • Long distance usage
  • Fax pages and minutes
