AXIS I8016-LVE Intercom Manual Registration

Scope
Intended Audience: WLP Partners and Tier 1 Technicians or above.
This article explains how to manually register the AXIS I8016-LVE Network Video Intercom, perform a test call, and add a contact to the call button.
Requirements
- Office Manager access
- AXIS WebUI Access
Obtain SIP Credentials
- Log into Manager Portal

Navigate to Phones

Note: Office Managers can navigate to Users > select the user > Phones

Select Phone Info for the phone you wish to register.

Note: You will only see the information if the phone model is set to Manual or Softphone.

Register Device

Go to Communications > SIP > Accounts > Click Add account

Add the following:
- Name: Input a Name
- User ID: Input the Device Extension (include suffix if there's any)
- Domain: Input the Domain
- Password: Input the Device's Password
- Authentication ID: Input the Username
- Caller ID: Input the Caller ID

Registrar: Input the Outbound Proxy Address

- sbc-phx.ucaasnetwork.com - PHX

Save these settings to the device and it will register.
Make a Test Call
- Go to Communications > SIP > Test Call
- Choose the Account you have registered.

Input the ring group/call queue extension to the SIP address field in this format: “sip:ext@registrar”
- Example: sip:511@sbc-iad.ucaasnetwork.com

Click the Call Icon to test.
Add the recipient's extension to the Intercom's Physical Call Button
- Go to Communications > Contact List

Add the new Contact to the SIP address in this format: “sip:ext@registrar”
- Example: sip:511@sbc-iad.ucaasnetwork.com
- Go to Communications > Calls
- Enable the Call Button

Add your new Contact to the Recipients
