Scope

Intended Audience: All End Users

This article outlines how to test 911 registration to verify a user's Emergency Caller ID and service address are configured properly.

 

Requirements

  • Emergency Caller ID must be set on user and registered
 

 

Place Test Call

Using any hosted phone dial 933. You will receive a message with the current registration status.

For E911 compliance you can contact your service provider for their e911 policy.
