The following article outlines how to Tragofone app extensions not registering.
Requirements
- Access to the Tragofone Management Portal
Deleting the Extension from the Tragofone Management Portal
- Log into the Tragofone Management Portal

Navigate to Customer

Click on the search bar and search for the domain name using the Name field.

Select the Customer Login icon under action to enter the customer account.

Now from the left-hand menu, select User

Locate the user by extension and select the Trash/Delete icon
- Once completed, have the user log out and log back into the branded CloudieConnect app and confirm registration is successful.
- If unsuccessful, please contact support with logs from the app.
