Scope

This article outlines how to enable voicemail transcription on a user. Voicemail transcription is a billable feature, so make sure the pricing for this is approved before doing so.

Requirements

  • White Label Access to Manager Portal or higher

Note: VM transcription only occurs if the user has vm-to-email configured. If they have transcription enabled but do not receive vm-to-email notifications of any kind, transcription does not happen.

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Navigate to the client domain you wish to open
  3. Click on Users
  4. Select the user you would like to enable transcription on
  5. Click the Voicemail tab
  6. Scroll down to Unified Messaging
  7. Set Voicemail Transcription to Enabled and click Save
