Scope

Intended Audience: All End Users

This article shows the exact steps on how you can change the User's Scope (Permission) of a user. A full user scope overview can be found here

 

Requirements

Office Manager Access to the Manager Portal or higher

 

 

  1. Log into the Manager Portal
  2. Enter the domain in which the user is on
  3. Once in the domain, click on the Users tab
  4. Click the User that needs the User scope changed
  5. Click the User Scope that this User will now be on. You can find the various user scopes outlined here
  6. Click Save after you put the new user scope
