Solution

Scope: 

This document will show you how to correct the issue where Subscription Status will show as expired.

 

Requirements: 

Access to TeamMate EPP.

 

 

Problem

In Direct Routing Configuration, Licenses show up with negative numbers and the message “Expired. Renew in Admin Center”.


Solution

When you utilize “free licenses”, they eventually expire usually within a month. You are required to add licenses in order to correctly configure direct routing.
