Microsoft Domain issues

Scope: 

This document will show you how to resolve the issue where when selecting a Microsoft Office Domain and it is falling.

 

Requirements: 

Access to Microsoft Admin Center.

 

 

Problem

The domain in Microsoft Office you want to use when selected in the EPP is failing


Solution 1

The domain is not ‘healthy’ in Microsoft Office > Admin Settings > Domains. Go into Office Admin and follow the process to bring the domain into a healthy state.|


Solution 2

The domain you select needs to be enabled for a Service called “Skype”. You can confirm this by looking at the Microsoft Admin > Domains screen and exposing the additional column called Services as below.
