Manager Portal

Improvements

V44.3

  • Added the ability to sort timeframes by the "Ends On" column.
  • The auto-complete limit for SIP Trunks in the Manager Portal has been increased to 5000.
  • Increased the limit of emergency addresses shown in the drop-down tool on the Phones page (to 10,000) to match the existing limit elsewhere in the Portal.
  • The Answering Rules page and Answering Rules section of the Home page now reveals more robust time frames data based on time frame updates in v44.1.

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Corrected an issue related to disposition notes. When receiving inbound calls from off-net to a WebPhone, the submitted disposition notes for the call did not save.
  • Corrected an issue where the device's emergency caller ID was overridden by the user's emergency caller ID.
  • Corrected a bug where MOH messages created with TTS won't properly save if they contain '#'.
  • Updated styling to address an issue with the TOD routing modal if any time frame name contains the word 'forward'. This caused the modal to render incorrectly.
  • AA greetings, menu prompts, and recorded names now get errors if storage is full: this applies to TTS and upload.
  • Corrected a bug concerning Auto Attendant answering rules. When adding a new answering rule to the system user of a Default Time Frame Auto Attendant, forwarding calls to the same Auto Attendant, the answering rule did not correctly populate in Portal and calls were not processed accordingly.
  • Fixed a bug concerning domain emergency notification settings. After saving, although dial translations were properly generated, the Portal did not populate with the new settings.
  • The portal call popup now displays the correct information for cross-domain and inter-domain calls.
  • Corrected an issue related to the "specific dates" type of time frame. In some cases, during the time frame's time range, the Portal showed the time frame as expired even though the applied answering rule still showed as active.
  • Corrected an issue occurring in domains with no sites, where the site drop-down list was autocompleting with empty entries.
  • Corrected a 44.2 regression issue concerning scheduled exports. Users were unable to add a new scheduled export on the domain level.
  • Corrected a bug occurring when creating a domain. If the default TTS language was not set to English, then the voice dropdown would not populate.
  • If a caller id is blank, "Extension" or "Unknown" will be displayed in the following areas: My account > Messages > Voicemails, My account > Call history > Name, In domain-Call History-> From Name.
  • When configuring Day of the Week time frames with custom monthly recurrence, duplicate options no longer appear in the recurrence dropdown.
  • Corrected an issue with ACW stat which was not updated. Note this stat only applies when using "Single call Mode".
  • Corrected an issue where imported address and address endpoints contained a faulty string with the word "Array". This caused E911 validation to fail. Now addresses are automatically corrected and validation is not impeded.
  • Updated Call Queue Filter text for Call Center Supervisors to reflect functionality.
  • Fixed an issue where unassigning a phone number was also removing its domain.
  • Corrected a 44.1 regression issue related to voicemail behavior for Call Parks. Previously, Call Park System Users could have voicemail erroneously enabled.

API

New Features

V44.3

  • Now, a hosted version of our APIv2 documentation and testing interface are available at /ns-api/openapi

Improvements

V44.3

  • Now, call traces can be retrieved from geo-servers when using load-balanced hostnames.
  • Now Cradle to Grave reports for inter-domain calls do not share names and extensions with users of the other domain.
  • When using Remote Recording Storage, after remote offload, wav files are also locally cached for quicker retrieval.

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Added support for UK and Australia national and regional holidays.
  • Corrected an issue where Call Center Supervisors were unable to view call recordings of outbound calls to off-net numbers.
  • Corrected an issue resulting in incorrect call statistics for agents after filtering by department.
  • Corrected an issue where Agent Logged In statistics were conflated with Agent Available statistics. Now, Logged In statistics are accurately tracked.
  • Corrected an issue resulting in duplicate messages when receiving inbound messages to group chats from off-net via Inteliquent.
  • Greatly increased processing speed for hardware information, found in the Inventory Page > Hardware Tab in the Portal, especially for domains with a large numbers of users.
  • Corrected several typos in APIv2 responses.
  • Corrected 4 keywords in APIv2 that contained trailing white space.
  • Corrected an APIv2 syntax error. In a given line, ['Agent log'] was missing quotes.
  • Corrected a 44.2 regression issue. In some cases, Resellers were unable to view SNAPbuilder configurations within a domain they manage.
  • Fixed an issue where calls hitting the "Forward if unavailable" feature incremented the CH call stat.
  • Removed trailing white space in API v2 return during mms message session request.
  • Limited the Reseller's ability to create new "global" SNAPbuilder templates, while still allowing them to view templates as needed. Previously, Resellers were allowed to create templates, which resulted in editing issues.
  • After saving a SNAPbuilder configuration and returning to those settings, the button order or other configurations did not appear correctly.
  • Corrected an issue where retrieved calls (answer confirmation call) was tagged as missed calls.

Call History

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Ensured that if a queue call is transferred, the Call Volume and AST stats are incremented, but CH is unaffected. Previously, this case could result in two CH increments for the one call.
  • Corrected an issue concerning call stats for queue calls that are forwarded to an If Unanswered option. Now call volume is correctly incremented for these calls.
  • Corrected an issue with queue callbacks. If a caller sat in a queue, selected the callback option, and received a callback, the call would still be marked as abandoned.
  • Corrected a bug concerning Call Center stats. Previously, when a queue call was blind transferred to another agent and that agent did not pick up (sending the call to voicemail), then the AST count was unaffected. Now, both the queue's and initial agent's AST metric is increased after the call.
  • Corrected a call stat issue when transferring to another user with sim ring. If an agent received a queue call and transferred to another user with sim ring enabled, the original agent's stats would not see an increase in AST.
  • Corrected an issue where a callback call was tagged as abandoned instead of call handled.

Call Queues, SNAPanalytics, & Call Center Reporting

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Corrected an issue concerning forwarded queue calls. Now, if the queue forwards a call to another queue because of the "If Unanswered" setting, the call will be counted as a Forward in SNAPanalytics.
  • Corrected an issue where the Gauge type card in SNAPanalytics was not showing AST data.

SNAPbuilder & NDP

New Features

V44.3

  • Added SNAPbuilder support for Mitel 6915, 6920w, 6930w, and 6940w.
  • Added system and SNAPbuilder support for the following Fanvil models: H2U, H4W, and H6W.

Improvements

V44.3

  • Now, during M500 config fetch, the API call skips SSL verification to make M500 behavior consistent with other brands/models.

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Corrected an issue concerning the SNOM M500. If the Line/Shared Line appearance contained an extension with a suffix (e.g. 1001a), the config file would not generate.

Core Module (NMS)

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Ensured that emergency calling bypasses domain and connection call limits.
  • Corrected an issue with SIP Trunk failover. Now, the system checks rules related to the Registrar Owner to apply failover. If there is no Registrar Owner, the system will fall back to the Connection's Owner settings instead (previous behavior).
  • Corrected an issue concerning geo-calls using call park. When monitoring via BLF, in some cases the user who had been parked would remain busy after the call was ended.

SNAPmobile Web

Improvements

V44.3

  • Now both the caller's name and phone number appear in entries of the WebPhone's voicemail tab.

Bug Fixes

V44.3

  • Corrected an issue where custom statuses were not being properly reflected in agent statistics.
  • Fixed a bug affecting call transfers. Previously, if an assisted transfer was started and the call card was minimized and then maximized, the Complete Transfer button disappeared and callers had trouble finishing the assisted transfer.
  • Ensured that in Group SMS chats, the sender's SMS number appears under the most recent message. Hovering the mouse over other messages will reveal their sender information as well.
  • Now, if a user receives an incoming call, the user cannot scroll to view overflow cards. Previously, scrolling was available but resulted in issues with the grey-out box behind the active call card.
  • Fix for SNAPMobile Web; previously unable to use Microsoft SSO when in fullscreen.
  • Corrected a bug where contact lists with thousands of entries resulted in very slow WebPhone load times. Improved the processing of a contact's presence; previously, WebPhone was formatting each contact and THEN setting presence. Now, the system will format ALL the contacts first, THEN set ALL the presence states at once, saving significant processing time.
  • Resolved observed issue (44.2 Early Access) where WebPhone was not able to complete a transfer when the call card was minimized.
  • Corrected an issue concerning three way calling. Previously, after other participants hung up, a user would erroneously remain in the call, affecting their status. Now, the final user is disconnected as expected.
  • Corrected an issue with call park. When a WebPhone had two active calls, parked one call, then attempted to park another, the second park attempt did not work.
  • Disposition and notes now correctly display for WebPhone.
  • Corrected a bug occurring when sending an SMS through an entry in the Call History tab. When attempting to send, the card was first minimized and then the user was directed to a new tab without the SMS being sent.
  • Fixed the ability to save a contact number with a "#".
  • WebPhone now honors uppercase letters in a domain name. Previously, WebPhone would change domain names to all lower case. For example, sip:1001wp@UPPERcase would be changed to sip:1001wp@uppercase.
  • Corrected a 44.2 regression issue concerning the Callee Name on WebPhone. Previously, when making a call on WebPhone, the callee's name was replaced by the caller's name.
  • Fixed an issue concerning inbound calls to WebPhone when the Core modifies the inbound caller's source user translation.
