OneBill: Create a Price Plan

Scope Requirements

Scope

The following steps will show you how to create a price plan for your customers.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to OneBill 
     
  • Product Created
 

 

  1. Go to Pricing > Product

     
  2. On the left, Click on Add next to Price Plan

     
  3. Enter the following information
    1. Price Plan Name: Enter a Price Plan Name to be shown in the catalog. The maximum length for this field is 64 characters. Price plan name accepts alphabets, numerals and certain special characters like () - / etc.
    2. Description: Enter a Description for the price plan. This description can be shown in the catalog for an end subscriber.
    3. Image (Optional)
    4. Price Plan Code: This is a SKU for the price plan.
    5. Allow Price Override: CHECKED
       
  4. Move to the Charge Details Section and enter the following information:
    1. Charge Type: Select either Recurring or One Time
    2. Depending on the charge type, select PURCHASE or Select the frequency of when you are going to charge the customer.
    3. Charge Mode: Fixed
    4. Retail Price: Enter the price you are charging the customer. 
    5. Tax Mode: External
    6. Transaction Type Code: Enter the SureTax code for the product you are entering. Your tax compliance advisor can assist on giving you this number. 
    7. Taxation Type: Keep as 04. 
  5. Click Add
