The following steps will show you how to create your own products in OneBill.

Requirements

Partner admin access to OneBill
Taxation Integration Set Up

Log in to OneBill
Navigate to Pricing > Products
Select Your Products
Click Create Product
Update the following fields, leaving all others empty:
Product Info
1. Product Name: This is the name of the product as it appears in the catalog. The product name can be up to 64 characters and can accept alphabets, numeric values, and certain special character. Please note that the system would not be able to create products if the length of product name exceeds the prescribed value
2. Product Code: This is like a SKU. You can enter something short to keep this product in mind.
3. Description: This is the description associated with the product. The description is shown in the catalog and helps the user of a business as well as a subscriber to know more about a product.
4. Image (Optional): The right section of the product has an image that can be associated with the product. This image would be shown on the catalog in both CSR channel as well as self-care. Select Choose a File option to browse for an image and upload it for the product.
5. Category: Choose what category you want this product to show under when creating orders.
6. Tax Regulatory Code: This will be either 03-VOIP or 99 - Default whether it is service or hardware

Price Plan Information
1. Price Plan Name: Enter a Price Plan Name to be shown in the catalog. The maximum length for this field is 64 characters. Price plan name accepts alphabets, numerals and certain special characters like () - / etc.
2. Description: Enter a Description for the price plan. This description can be shown in the catalog for an end subscriber.
3. Image (Optional)
4. Price Plan Code: This is a SKU for the price plan.
5. Allow Price Override: CHECKED
Charge Details
1. Charge Type: Select either Recurring or One Time
2. Depending on the charge type, select PURCHASE or Select the frequency of when you are going to charge the customer.
3. Charge Mode: Fixed
4. Retail Price: Enter the price you are charging the customer.
5. Retail Tax Mode: External
6. Retail Transaction Type Code: Enter the SureTax code for the product you are entering. Your tax compliance advisor can assist on giving you this number.
7. Retail Tax Situs Rule: Keep as 04.
