OneBill: Change Quantities on Existing Products

Scope Requirements Change Quantities Activate Order

Scope

The following steps will show you how to change the quantities of products for your customers.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to OneBill
 

 

Change Quantities

  1. Log in to OneBill
     
  2. Go to the Subscriber Account
  3. Go to the Products Owned section.

     
  4. Click on the + sign next to the product you are changing the quantity of. 

     
  5. Click the gear next to the product and click on Modify.

     
  6. Click on Review to move to the next screen. 

     
  7. Update the quantity you are adding to the existing product. To remove products, see Cancel a Product
  8. Click on Submit to finalize the changes in the previous step. 

Activate Order

 

  1. Go to the Orders Tab

     
  2. Your order should be in Pending Billing status. Select the gear icon and click Activate.
     
     
  3. Select all the products you wish to activate and update the activation date to the day you want the change to take effect. Click Start Billing.
    NOTE: If you have already billed for this and it is backdated, this will create a credit and recharge the product
     
  4. The product status will update to Partially Fulfilled. Once the activation date has passed, it will change to Billing Active
