OneBill: Create a One-Time/Trigger Invoice

Scope Requirements

Scope

The following steps will show you how to create trigger invoices for when you are invoicing for one-time charges which require immediate invoicing. 

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to OneBill
 

 

  1. Navigate to the customer profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the transactions tab. 
  3. Click the + on the invoice of the one-time transaction.
  4. Select the transactions you want to invoice.

     
  5. Click on Bill Now

     
  6. It will ask you if you want to trigger a bill now. Click OK.
