OneBill: Create a New Agent Account and Link to a Subscriber

Scope Requirements Linking an Agent to an Existing Subscriber

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

The following steps will show you how to create a new agent account and link them to your subscriber in your OneBill Portal

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to OneBill 
     
  • Agent Settlement Policies Created
 

 

  1. Log in to OneBill
  2. Navigate to Channel > Agent

     
  3. Click Create Agent

     
  4. Complete the following
    1. Business Name: Name of agent 
    2. Address, City, State: Agent address
    3. Primary Contact Name: Name of agent contact
    4. Accounting Display Name: Same as name of agent
    5. Primary Email Address: Email of agent
    6. Username: Agent portal user name
    7. Agent Type: Select based on your created settlement policies
       
  5. Click Create New Agent

Linking an Agent to an Existing Subscriber

  1. Navigate to Customer > Subscriber

     
  2. Select the Subscriber
     
  3. Click Edit

     
  4. Scroll down to Agent Commissions and click Associate Agent
     
  5. Select the Agent Name from the drop-down and Type
     
  6. Click Update Subscriber
