Scope Requirements

Scope

This article outlines how to set up an SMTP server for sending emails through OneBill.

 

Requirements

  • Access to OneBill
 
  1. Log into OneBill
  2. Navigate to Sys Admin > Integration
  3. Click on SMTP
  4. Select the desired option
    1. To send through OIT's Postmark, select Send emails through Provider's SMTP server
    2. To send through your own SMTP server, select Send emails through your own SMTP Server
  5. If using your own server, enter the SMTP information
  6. Enter a From Email Address
  7. Click Test SMTP Settings
  8. Enter a working email to send a test to and click Submit
  9. A message should appear saying Success: Test Connection is successful.
  10. Click Save
