Intended Audience: White Label Partners

The following steps will show you where to edit the emails that are sent to your subscribers.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to Onebill
 

 

Edit Email Alerts

  1. Navigate to Config > Alerts

     
  2. Select the category of the email you would like to edit from the choices on the left side of the screen.

     
  3. Enter/Edit any of the following information:
    • From: Enter the email you want your alerts to be sent to your customers.
    • CC: This field can be used to CC the alert message to other addresses.
    • BCC: This field can be used to BCC the alert message to other addresses.
    • Subject: The Subject field appears as the subject of the Alert email which will be sent out after configuring.
    • Email Body: There will be a default email alert created for you. If you would like to make it custom, you can edit the body as you please. IF you want to insert a variable as part of your email alert, you can insert a variable from the "Insert Variable" drop-down.
    • Notify: This is used to select the additional contacts who need to be notified of the alert.

       
  4. Click Save Changes

Attach an Image to the Alert
 

  1. Click on Picture from the editor toolbar.

     
  2. It is recommended to use a hosted file and enter the URL in the Image URL field. Alternatively, you can directly upload the file to OneBill

     
  3. Click Insert Image
     
  4. Click Save Changes
