OneBill: Create a New Reseller User

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

The following steps will show you how to create a user in your OneBill portal for another employee within your company.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to OneBill
 

 

  1. Log in to OneBill
  2. Hover over Sys Admin and select Users & Roles.

     
  3. Click Create New User.
     
  4. Enter the following information:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
    4. Mobile Number (Optional)
    5. Username: This will usually copy from the email address.
    6. User Role: Select Partner Admin
  5. Click Create New User.
     
  6. The user will now receive an email to log in and create a password for the OneBill portal.
