Create Group

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners and Members of the Client Success team

This article outlines how to create a group in Mobile-X. Each group corresponds to a client.

 

Requirements

  • Access to Mobile-X Control Panel
  • PBX Domain of Client
 

 

Create Group

  1. Log in to Mobile-X Control Panel
  2. Navigate to the Reseller.
    1. For Channel Partner, Channel Client, or Direct it should be the OIT reseller.
  3. Click + New Group
  4. Complete the following fields:
    1. Name: Customer's PBX Domain (exclude the .<resellerid>.service
    2. Description: Client Name
    3. Domain: Customer's full PBX Domain
    4. Limit SIM access: Off
    5. Inherit Configuration: On
    6. Home Location: United States of America (USA)
    7. Country: United States (US)
    8. Enter the client's address for the address lines
    9. Contact Number: Enter the client's 11 digit phone number
  5. Click Save
