Enable Confirmation Page Printing on FaxBridge

Scope Requirements: Enabling

Scope

This article will show you how to enable printing fax bridge sent confirmation page. Enabling this will allow will you to receive sent fax confirmation pages from the fax bridge. A confirmation page will tell you if a fax was sent out successfully. 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Access to our mFax portal
 

 

Enabling

 

  • Log into mFax Portal
  • Select FaxBridges
  • Filter for the serial number of the FaxBridge and select the cog icon
    • NOTE: If the FaxBridge is offline, you will see a red circle next to the serial number, if online, it will be green
  • Click on the switch to enable Print Sent Faxes Confirmation Page
    • NOTE: You may want to disable sent confirmation pages on the fax machine itself as if it were to be left on you would receive two confirmation pages.
