Scope Requirements: Assign the FaxBridge

Scope

This article will show you how to configure a FaxBridge for a client that already has a mFax account.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Access to our mFax portal
 

 

Assign the FaxBridge

  • Log into mFax Platform.
  • Select FaxBridges.
  • Filter for the serial number of the FaxBridge and select the cog icon.
    • NOTE: If the FaxBridge is offline, you will see a red circle next to the serial number, if online, it will be green.
  • Select Change on the Manager field.
  • Select the account you wish to assign it to and click Confirm.
  • Select Change  on the Fax Number field
  • Assign the number you wish the FaxBridge to receive faxes from.
