Manager Portal Configuration

Scope

Intended Audience: All End Users

This article outlines how to configure a URL Call Popup for any user.

 

Requirements

Basic User Access to Manager Portal or higher 
NOTE: Office Manager Access is required for initial configuration

 

 

Manager Portal Configuration

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Select the URL Call Popup tile
  4. Select a user from the list. Configured users will show a checkmark next to their names
  5. Click chosen user and configure settings:
    1. Dial Configuration: On Ring or On Answer
    2. Enabled: Toggle Disable/Enable
    3. Send Mode: Silent or Open in New Tab
    4. URL: The URL you wish to pop up
    5. Integration Field List: Inserts fields in URL
    6. Method: POST/GET
  6. After making your changes, click Save
