Scope

It is important for all products delivered on behalf of OIT to have a uniform and neat appearance. This extends to packaging. The following guidelines should be followed as closely as possible. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact the OIT sales department immediately at 305.967.6756

Notes:

  • All Extension and Box labels are 1.1" x 3.5"

  • All Orsini IT circular stickers are 3"

Verification of Provisioning

Upon provisioning, all OIT phones will display the OITVOIP logo with a grey background. They should also display the configured extension number. See below for reference.

Extension Label

The Extension Label will be affixed to the backs of the phones. See below for exact specifications.

Box Label

The Box Label has additional information including the extension, login and password.

Grandstream

Extension Label Placement

Grandstream phones should each have an Extension Label displaying the extension number assigned to the device. The Extension Label should be affixed to the top rear of the phone, usually between the two screw holes. See below.

Box Label & Sticker Placement

The Box Label should be placed above the model number in an area not covering any text or images. The OIT Sticker should be placed in an open space not covering any text or images. An additional OIT Sticker should be used to seal the box as shown in image 2.

Yealink

Extension Label Placement

Yealink phones should each have an Extension Label displaying the extension number assigned to the device.

Inserts

A Welcome or Getting Started document will need to be inserted into each individual phone box. It is to be placed on top of all other packaging before closing and sealing with an OIT Sticker.
