This document outlines the default passwords for some of the most common manufacturers. The username for all of these is admin unless specified otherwise.

 

 

Yealink

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

Grandstream

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin (Note: Newer phones ship with passwords printed on the bottom label.)

Polycom

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 456

Cisco

  • Username: cisco
  • Password: cisco / admin

RingCentral Phones

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 1234 / admin

Vonage Phones

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin123

Snom

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 0000

Algo

  • Username: admin
  • Password: algo

CyberData

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

Fanvil

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

Special Notes

The password will change after phones have been provisioned onto your Hosted PBX service. Contact support if you require access.
