Syncing an existing RPS Device to YMCS

Scope
The following article will show you how you sync an existing Yealink Device that is present on RPS to YMCS
Requirements
- Access to YMCS
- YMCS bound to RPS
- Phones added to RPS
Syncing Phone to YMCS
- Log into the YMCS console
- Click on the dropdown for RPS Management and click on RPS Device List
- Here you will see all devices currently added to RPS, any devices that are not on the YMCS will show their Synchronized status as No
- To synchronize a phone, click on the checkbox next to the Mac address and click on Sync
- YMCS will ask you to confirm these changes and to sync to specific site. Once done click on Confirm
- The devices will now be synced to the YMCS console
Syncing Phones by Date
- When under RPS Device List click on Device Sync
- This will allow you to choose which devices are synced to YMCS based on the day the device was bound to RPS
- Select your range and click Next Step
- Next it will show you how many devices are selected as well which server they belong to and the site you would like to add them to
- Once confirmed click on Submit
