Create a Campaign

1. Log in to the Manager Portal
2. Select Integrations at the top right
   
3. Select CSP Campaign Registry
   
4. Navigate to the Campaign tab
   
5. Click Register Campaign
   
6. Select the previously created brand
   
7. Select the use case as determined in requirements and click Next
   
8. Click Next
   
9. Complete the following fields:
   1. Vertical: Choose the vertical in which the business operates
   2. Campaign Description: Enter a description of what the campaign will be used for (appointment reminders, support communication, etc)
   3. Call-to-Action/Message: List all the ways customers may opt-in to receiving text message notifications (by texting the phone number, agreeing to it on the website, calling in, etc)
   4. Sample Message 1: Enter an example of a text message that will be sent to the client
10. Click Next
    
11. Make sure the following boxes are checked:
    1. Subscriber Opt-In
    2. Subscriber Opt-Out
    3. Subscriber Help
    4. I confirm that this campaign will not be used for affiliate marketing
12. Click Save
    
13. A confirmation message will appear and the campaign will be listed in Pending status. Once the campaign is approved, an email notification will be sent and users can assign an SMS number to the campaign
    NOTE: Campaigns require manual vetting by carriers, which can take 5 business days or more.
    
14. For campaigns that require modifications, especially those declined. Once the campaign with modifications has been resubmitted in the portal, please send an email to ports@oit.co to import the changes to our carrier. Example subject line: Import Campaign Changes - <campaign ID>.
