Polycom Zero Touch Provisioning

Scope
The following steps will allow you to provision a new or factory reset Polycom phone to NDP servers without any prior configuration. This is most commonly used in cases where you must direct ship a mass amount of new phones to a customer. The first time the phone boots it will seek out the Polycom ZTP service and get redirected to our provisioning servers
Requirements
- Access to Polycom ZTP site
- A list of all MAC Addresses needed to be added to ZTP
- MAC addresses must already have been entered in the Manager Portal
Creating the Profile Association
- Click on Profile Association
- Fill in the following fields
- Reference ID: Domain name
- Company Name: Company Name
- Profile Association Mode: Manual Profile Association
- All other fields can be left blank
- Click Next
Adding the MAC Addresses to ZTP
- Under the Devices tab, click Claim Devices
- Fill out the following information
- MAC Address: MAC Address of Phone
- Profile: Enter the profile name of the provisioning server
- Tag: <domain name>
- Click Claim Devices
- The status of the registration will be confirmed once completed
