Cyberdata Paging Unit Manual Configuration

Scope:
The following steps will allow you to provision a Cyberdata paging unit with your service
Items Needed:
- Cyberdata Paging Unit plugged into the network
- Web browser with access to same LAN as Cyberdata
- Access to the Manager Portal (Office Manager or Above)
Obtain SIP Credentials
- Using any web browser log in to the Manager Portal
-  Click on Users at the top  
- Find your extension number. At the far right click on the pencil, and then Phones  
- Click on Add Phone  
- Leave as default and then click Add  
-  The page will refresh and you will now see your extension in the list. Click on the pencil again  
-  Note the information in the popup. You will need it for the next step  
Find Cyberdata IP Address
The default address is 10.10.10.10. If the device is placed on a network with a DHCP server, it will pull the DHCP address.
- Connect the Cyberdata to a speaker
- Quickly press and release the RTFM button on the back of the device.
- The IP address will play over the speaker.
Configure Cyberdata
- Using any web browser navigate to the IP address from the above step
- Log in. The default credentials are admin / admin
- Click on SIP at from the side menu   
-  Fill out the following:- Enable SIP operation: checked
- Register with a SIP Server: checked
- Buffer SIP Calls: unchecked
- Server Transport Protocol: TCP
- RTP PORT (even): 6(extension) ex: 6801 for extension 801
- Outbound proxy: outbound proxy from the portal
- Outbound Proxy Port: 0
- Primary SIP Server: Domain/Proxy from PBX Portal
- Primary SIP User ID: Username from PBX Portal
- Primary SIP Auth ID: Username from PBX Portal
- Primary SIP Auth Password: Password from PBX Portal
- 
Re-registration Interval (in seconds): 60  
 
- Click Save on the top right menu. The device should show registered in the portal and on the home screen.
