How To Run Scheduled Exports From Call History

Intended Audience: Tier 1 Technicians or higher
This article outlines how to schedule exports of CDRs in the Manager Portal
Requirements
Super User Access to Manager Portal
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to Call History
- Select Scheduled Exports
- Click New Export
- In the Basic tab, complete the following fields:
- Name: Enter a descriptive name for the export
- Type: Select the frequency at which the export should run
- Optionally, choose to run the export immediately
- After Completion: Choose to upload the file via FTP/SFTP, send an email attachment, or do nothing
- Email Notification: Choose to send an email notification when the export completes
- Click Next
- In the Options tab, complete the following fields:
- Reseller: Choose a reseller for the export
- Domain: Choose a domain for the export (optional)
- User: Choose a user for the export (optional)
- Include Inbound Calls: Choose to include inbound calls
- Include Outbound Calls: Choose to include outbound calls
- Include Headers: Choose to include report headers
- Off-net Calls Only: Choose to exclude extension to extension and inter-domain calls
- Format: Select a format
- Click Add
