Datagate: View and Export Customer Usage

Scope Requirements

Scope

The following steps will show you how to view the usage for your customers.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to Datagate
 

 

  1. Navigate to the customer
     
  2. Click the Usage Tab

     
  3. Select Agreement from the dropdown
     
  4. Select Period from the dropdown.
     
  5. Select Service from the dropdown to view relevant usage

     
  6. Click Export all button - usage will be exported and automatically downloaded in .csv format. You can also download this .csv file from the Files page in the main menu
