Datagate: How to Assign Rate Cards to Customers for Usage

Scope Requirements

Scope

The following steps will show you how to assign rate cards to your customers for usage to be rated correctly.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to Datagate
 

 

  1. Navigate to the customer
     
  2. Click the Assignments Tab

     
  3. Click the + button to add the rate card.
     
  4. Select the following information: 
    1. Rating Item: Select the Usage Package you will be adding. If doing toll free and international, 2 seperate rate cards will need to be added. 
    2. Site: Leave blank. Unless you will be seperating usage by site.
    3. From: Enter the date you want usage to start calculating as of.
       
  5. Click the floppy disk to save.
