Datagate: How to Add One-Off Transactions

Scope Requirements

Scope

The following steps will show you how to add One-Off Transactions for your customers if they have prorations, or was not able to create the products in time for invoicing. 

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to Datagate
 

 

  1. Navigate to the Customers tab.
     
  2. Select the customer you want to perform a one-off transaction for.
     
  3. Go to the Product Transactions Tab

     
  4. Choose the desired Agreement and Period you want to add the transaction to.
     
  5. Click the + Button. 
     
  6. Select the following information: 
    1. Product Template: Choose the product you will be adding to this customer. 
    2. Tax Code: Confirm the Tax Code is 6 digits and complete. 
    3. Edit your To and From Date
    4. Cost: Enter your Cost
    5. Sell: Enter the price of the product. You would enter in the prorated amount here. Datagate will not automatically prorate for you. 
    6. Qty: Edit the amount 
       
  7. Follow the above steps for each product you need to add. 
     
  8. Click the floppy disk to save.
