Datagate: Sync Quickbooks Online Customers

Scope Requirements: Sync Customers Already in Datagate and Quickbooks Online

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

The following steps will show you how to sync your Quickbooks Online customers with Datagate

 

 

Requirements:

  • Access to Datagate 
     
  • Quickbooks Online Integration
 

 

  1. Log in to Datagate
     
  2. Click to Customers

     
  3. Click on Quickbooks Online Sync Icon

     
  4. Select the Customer Type, if applicable. If not leave it blank to sync all customers.


    Your Quickbook Online customers should now be populated in Datagage.

     

Sync Customers Already in Datagate and Quickbooks Online

 

  1. Log in to Datagate
     
  2. Click on Customers
     
     
  3. Click the Customer's Name you want to sync
  4. Click Details

     
  5. Add the Quickbooks Online ID to the QbID field

     
  6. You will find your customer's Quickbooks Online ID within the URL when on the customer's page in Quickbooks Online
     
  7. Once all customers have QB IDs in Datagate, you can run the customer synchronization process.

     
  8. Select the Customer Type, if applicable. If not leave it blank to sync all customers.


    Your Datagate customers will now be synced with their Quickbooks Online profile.
