Follow these steps to gather the information needed to integrate HaloPSA with Datagate
Requirements
- Access to HaloPSA
Locate Client ID and Secret
- Log in to HaloPSA
- Navigate to Configuration > Integrations > HaloPSA API, Choose View Integration, then New
- Application Name:enter a name relevant to you, such as your company name without spaces.
- Authentication method: Client ID and Secret
Choose an Agent / Tenant
- Select an Agent that the API will use and Click Save.
Locate Resource/Authorisation Server Information
- Navigate to Configuration > Integrations > HaloPSA API
Copy and paste the information above into the HaloPSA integration configure page in Datagate
