The following will show you the permissions needed for the ConnectWise Manage API user for Datagate.

 

 

Create a new Security Role for the API user with the following permissions for each module. 

  1. Companies
  2. Finance

     
  3. Marketing

     
  4. Procurement

     
  5. Project

     
  6. Sales

     
  7. Service Desk

     
  8. System

     
  9. Time & Expense
