Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners or higher

This article outlines how to configure an audio conference bridge. Audio conferencing is a billable feature. If you would like to configure audio conferencing please notify Client Success.

 

Requirements

  • White Label Access to the Manager Portal or higher
 

Types of Conference Bridges

  • Dedicated Conference Bridge: Shared among all users. Use caution because it is possible for multiple hosts to attempt to use the same conference bridge.
  • Owned Conference Bridge: Private to an individual user.

Configure a Conference Bridge

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal 
  2. Navigate to Conferences   
  3. Click Add Conference   
  4. Enter a Name for the bridge
  5. Select the Type
  6. For a dedicated bridge, enter an Extension according to Reserved Number Space
  7. For an owned bridge set the Owner as the extension of the user managing the bridge, then set the Direct Dial according to Reserved Number Space
  8. The Leader PIN will be used for the Leader on the bridge, who has the ability to remove or mute participants
  9. The Participant PIN will be used for all other callers
  10. Set a minimum number of participants to start. Callers will hear music on hold until the conference starts
  11. Configure additional Options as needed
  12. Click Save
