We've become aware of an issue affecting the ability to dial off-net numbers. This is being handled with the highest priority. We do not know the source of the issue yet. However, we will continue to provide updates as soon as we have them.

Outbound calls were partially restored by routing through a different carrier.

We have confirmed that outbound calls are fully restored. We will continue to investigate the source and provide an RFO as soon as possible.
