Intended Audience: All Users

This article outlines how to enable a disabled time frame for a TOD Routing user.

 

Requirements

  • Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher 
  • TOD Routing User
 
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Navigate to Users
     
  3. Uncheck Hide System Users
     
  4. The extension of the system user is the 11-digit phone number
     
  5. Go to the Answering Rules tab
     
  6. Click on the answering rule with the black Disabled tag
  7. Check Enabled 
  8. Click Save
