Intended Audience: All Users

When creating a call queue, the option to select ringback instead of music on hold is given. Once the queue is created, that option is no longer available. This article outlines how to add ringback if music on hold is selected at creation.

 

Requirements

  • Office Manager Access to the Manager Portal or higher
  • Ringback.wav file
 
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Navigate to Call Queues
  3. To the right of the queue click on the Edit MOH icon
  4. Click Add Music
  5. Click Browse to select the ringback.wav file from your computer
  6. Enter Ringback in the Song Name field
  7. Click Upload
